Invalid Logon Token Error??

Hi,
A report is emailed as a hyperlink to few users. All but one of them get "an Invalid token error" when he is logging on to view the report. We are using CE9.0 & CR9.0. Anyone has any idea on this? Please help.

Sounds like you omitted the APSTOKEN in the URL:

Thanks for the reply. but I forgot to mention that the report was emailed via the crystal enterprise management console using SMTP, there is no CSP custom code invloved. I am wondering if this is an IE issue because the same hyperlink opens the report for viewing for two users but it results in this error "An Error has Occured - Not a vaild logon token" for only one user. Any thoughts?

Does the report have any sub-reports?

No, the report does not have any subreports.

Also,there is another problem with the hyperlinks on different versions of IE. On version 5x it is ok but on version 6.0 it acts differently. Did anyone come across this issue before.
