Hi guys,
i need help once again with my mailbox system. I'm using Meridian Mail VT220 - Release 2.20.
I'm not able to pass through the "Connect 9600" thing. I start the Meridian Mail console, i'm able to see:
ATZ
OK
ATZ0
OK
ATDT(phone number)
CONNECT 9600
I would normally hit "CTRL+R" here...
As usual in IT department, each things comes to an end by itself ... we had a shutdown of the telephony system in the whole building; no one had a phone tone during a minute. And then i came back by itself and OTM was able to shoot the config. lol i hate that way to fix something but we don't...
ok i found the overlay passthrough but it says (when i enter with the same username and password than OTM Nav), the session failed saying the username and password are wrong. any clue how could be this user/pass? Maybe like another one that i already have

Hi, I have to configure a m2008 phone with 8 keys at the right of it. The keys 6 and 7 (last two ones at the top) are 6: Hands Free and 7: Program.
I've been able to find out Hands Free which is HFA and in OTM the key becomes gray; perfect. But when i come to set the Program key, i don't find...
I answered this on my own. Here's what I did, really simple. I already knew my light on the phone was working because, we have a common line for the helpdesk on the key 0 and the associated key for the mailbox is 6th one and when we have a message, it lights up.
