I need to route a call based on the status of a hunt group (night or normal).
Call comes into AA -> determines HG Status -> routes call based on status.

Had this happen one time. Finally found out that the system would reboot everytime someone sent a fax on a specific fax machine that was connected through an analog port. I believe they replaced the fax machine and the problem never returned.
