Will the softconsole not display the external callers name? It is only showing the number of the person calling in but not the name? This is an IPO 500 running version 5 software.

It will show the "Directory" Name from the IP500 it self, not the name of the shortcut on the bottom right. All the name from the up-right will be shown.

What about external calls caller ID name sent from the phone company? Will it only show the telephone number not the name?
