I found the problem of that thread.
When you install the SP1 in a Windows 2003 Legato client, the SP1 changes the server name to "servername.domain", that's why index for the client appears =0. If you check the index folder you'll see that there are new subfolders created with the name...

The host agent are very usefull when you connect your hosts to the 4700. With the host agent you will see the hostname, IP, OS etc... in the 4700, so you can recognize your server easily and automatically. Otherwise you will have to register the server manually.
Host agents are not necessary...
Install Navisphere Agent and reboot the system....it's the easiest way....
or manually, assign the wwns of the hbas to the name and ip of the host that you have to put manually. Take care of the failover mode you use (it depends of the hbas you have, powerpath, etc...)

I was able to see the SQL backedup of my virtual server successfully from the Networker User of antoher server that is SQL client....

Adding in the virtual client the SQL Administrator to remote user, the cluster nodes in the remote access and "nsrsqlsv -a virtualname" in the backupcommand, the backup finished successfully, but the Networker user in the active node is still not working and giving the same error message...
Same issue here, I've tried with different versions of Client and SQL Module but still the same.....
I'm gonna try changing service user....
