I need to make test calls to verify if our T1 has been repaired. I know I can dial out over copper using the TN, but the digital T1 only has 2 sets of numbers.

How would I do that on the switch? I don't want someone to be able to turn off the forward from the phone.

I have a phone that I want to ring directly to voice mail (ext 7555) but still be able to make calls out from the phone. Is this possible?

Thanks for the responses. What I have is a 3904 programmed on a TN but no phone attached. I have a primary DN and 3 roll over DN's. If I set up a 500 set I wouldn't need the rollover lines would I?

What setting do I have to change to make a 3904 not ring but just go to voice mail? I do not have a physical phone set up so that I can make is busy.

I have an 61C with 4.5 and AVST CallXpress. I need to create a dn that people can call internally that when dialed goes right to voice mail to play an announcement. I have the CallXpress part set up, but can't figure out how to make the calls go to it. It does not have to be a physical phone.

I ran a firmware update on a 3904 set and now the display has a phone with an "X" through it on the display. We have a 61C with 4.5 on it. The phone shows Idle when I stat it.
