What setting do I have to change to make a 3904 not ring but just go to voice mail? I do not have a physical phone set up so that I can make is busy.

Without a phone I would just use an ACD dn pointed to VM.

If the 3904 is not a physical port then out it and build a phantom 500 line with that DN and
FTR DCFW to the voicemail pilot number.

If the 3904 is a physical set then just add a CFW key. Then physically call forward it to voivemail.

Thanks for the responses. What I have is a 3904 programmed on a TN but no phone attached. I have a primary DN and 3 roll over DN's. If I set up a 500 set I wouldn't need the rollover lines would I?

Do what HAWKS said. Out the 3904 and build an ACD using the DN that was on the 3904. MAXP = 1, NCFW = VM Pilot Number
