seems like a silly question but I need the console and the 3900 series phones to display military time. Is that a unit by unit issue or can I tell the pbx to do it all?
I had a similar problem with reporter. After working with nortel, I had made some mistakes.
My setup is that I have a webserver connected to the clan of callpilot. No other devices are on the clan. No dns
I was able to ping call pilot from the web server but was not able to ping the websever...
Sorry, I do not have an answer for you. I do however have the same problem. Were you ever able to solve your problem? I did find an error on the Call Pilot nt server saying my OM server did not start and tranfer of peg data would not work. I could not find an OM server in the nt services tab...
When I do a dn print I show ext 1 as a spf type. This means it is a spre code as I understand from searching the forum. What I do not understand is that when I do an OTM print out of calls made by extentions, extension 01 is shown as making calls. Can someone shred some light on this for me...
New 61c running succ 3 software.
new 3904's and analog phones
running bars/nars but only looking at dial 9
We have some fex lines that we dial a 2 digit access code for and then a 7 digit local number. If you try to enter more digits after the far end answers( i.e. pin numbers for a bank or...
Thanks, I will try that in the morning. Do you think having something other than 0 -the wrong customer number- in the config cause the dso channels to not initilize?
In the configuration wizard under switch information, it asks for the switch customer number. According to the help section that is the switch acd's numbers. Is the number I enter the acd agent queue number? i.e. the acd dn for the virtual agents? If you can please give an example
Thanks
In defense of coniglio, I have locations that normally are not manned that I call modems at to gather info. I want those phones to ring 10 times before the modem answers. The idea being that users, if there, can use the phone as normal without the modem being involved, but eventally the modem...
I had a similar problem. In my case the button was monitering a second phone "B". When I changed the key on phone "A" the MARP moved to phone "B". The message waiting light followed the MARP to "B". Once I got the MARP back to "A" the light worked as it should
That makes alot more sense. I think you have given the info I need. Thanks to every one for their responses. I think this thread needs to end now.
Thanks again.
You are correct that my final goal is have each line as a field value. What I want to do is a combination of your 2 posts. Do I understand you to say that I can open a text file as a recordset? I thought the text had to already be in table form to do that. If I can open a text file as a...
I have been seeking help on a similar problem in MsAccess. If you look at thread 705-765439 in the forum Microsoft Access modules(vba coding) some people have given me some very good examples.
Finally had a chance to get back to this.
Below is a part of the text file I am trying to deal with. For simplicity, assume each record has only one field. I want to populate that field with all of the text that appears on the lines after the line that starts with the word “DATE”. I am...
...listed in the NTP's. The program appears to be just a fast lookup for the bug codes, not an explanation the the referenced procedure.
an example would be
BUG0005 Invalid ORIGTN in 128 ms timing list. *(CRPTR). Procedure WORKSHED
In the statement where do I find out what procedure WORKSHED is?
Thanks for your fast response. I have looked at recordset. To me tho a recordset or a table is a group of records. What I have is one string varible full of data that I want to break into pieces or records.
This questions has got to have been asked many times before but I did a search on bug codes and did not find an answer.
When you look up some bug codes in the NTP, it will refer to "run xxx procedure". Where do you find those procedures and what they consist of????????
Thanks for...
I looked at the threads that resulted from the search for ”basGrabFile“. The info I need may be there but I’m not getting it. I don’t think I explained my problem correctly though. I don’t need to know how to get the file into Access. I have done that. My problem is how to move to the next...
