Make sure the ELAN in LD 48 shows the IP address of the CallPilot and is enabled. Also print the CDN in LD 23 and look for the CNTL prompt. If CallPilot has taken control of the CDN it will say YES. When CallPilot finally has booted into service, look for CDN002 (with the CDN number) after it. That means CallPilot has taken control of the CDN. If all of that shows OK the try looking at hardware. What type of CallPilot is it? 201I, 702T, or 1002 rack mount? If 702T or rack mount, make sure the white cable to the MGATE card in plugged into the correct port on the back of the CallPilot. Also NORTEL has recommended that CallPilot NOT be place in slot 9 or 10 of an Option 11 because it can cause strange problems because the slots were originally designed for Mer Mail. Nothing in writing but I have worked with ETAS many times on CallPilot problems and that is their recomendation. Let me know
