Call Pilot Reporter

After installing Reporter does Call Pilot Server need a reboot to start transfering data to the stand alone web server?

When I run reports there is no data in the fields. This is true for the reports that don't have filter requirements (disk usage).

Sorry, I do not have an answer for you. I do however have the same problem. Were you ever able to solve your problem? I did find an error on the Call Pilot nt server saying my OM server did not start and tranfer of peg data would not work. I could not find an OM server in the nt services tab so am not sure where to go from here. I have not trying rebooting the Call Pilot server yet.
 
Your OM settings are on your administration client under "System Administration", System Performance Monitoring. Let me know if that's turned on to collect data.

I have the following OM settings through Call Pilot Manager
:

Location - System - OM Configuration

Collect OMs: X
Storage Size (in Days): 7

Is the administration client different from Call Pilot Manager?

I haven't rebooted the server yet. Thanks

You must have a different version of Call Pilot. I have version 1.07 which has a client loaded on the administrator's pc. I'm not familiar with 2.0. I'll be upgrading in a couple of weeks. If I have any info, I'll share it with you.
