try using Robocopy, its an excellent tool. One of the options allows you to keep full folder structure and permissions. Ian

Hi we have a domain of zzzzz.com which works fine. However we want to setup a new domain for a different dept so they have their own email server. Instead of buying a new domain can I setup xxxx.zzzzz.com? I know this works for websites but not sure on email. Thanks for your help Ian
