Here's my situation..

digital and sip phones working
sip phones are polycom - either IP201 or IP 331 modules. These have been configured 'manually' but as i've gotten over 15 now...
I'd thought that might be the case, but didn't want to have to 'tear down' and restart again. If I choose to do this, then I presume VMPro is this only app and I can leave the 'manager' portion alone? I'd of course follow the following steps (advise if different) ..

Since upgrading to ip office 9.x we have lost the ability to 'see' the caller-id info whenever our phones are set to 'forward'. we can see if we configure the extension to 'twin' but not on forward. anybody know how i can fix this? Here's the situation.

as far as a 'reseler' fixing the tone issue. they were the ones that installed the system and told me 'thats just the way it is now. alot of bunk if you ask me.

Actually - the install would work on the dom-admin account, but the installer can't even expand the .exe file in order to initiate and start the program installation. strange, but the saga continues..
The machine IS part of the domain, however - I was logged in as the 'domain' admin which does have 'full' rights. I'll log in as a 'local' admin - but don't think this will really matter. I dont have any 'domain' policies around anything like this in any event either.
