I am getting intermittent errors showing in display errors screen for maintenance object ADJ-IP... but there is nothing in the maintenance manual for S8700 CM2.1 for this MO. Our vendors haven't been particularly helpful in identifying these so far, can anyone help? If I search the document it...

I've just rolled out IP Softphone to our Denmark offices, and it went remarkably well, with only 2 users over there suffering...
Have a new issue on ip phones where upon accessing the DHCP the phones displays "DHCP ACK Error" and then resets. Seomtimes this occurs even when attempts are made to manually configure the phone. Not something I've seen before so any help would be appreciated

We have just rolled out IP Agent on our helpdesk and, on a few agents machines, they are getting an 'IPAgent has generated errors and will be closed' message, followed by 'there is no TAPI call control application available to answer any...
may sound obvious but have you tried the avaya docs website? I have downloaded quite a few pdfs from there that have been very helpful in the last few weeks while we have been rolling out VoIP....

Are you saying you want them to be able to dial an '86' before the number so that they are able to use TAC 506 and therefore route the call out on a specific trunk group?
