Have a new issue on ip phones where upon accessing the DHCP the phones displays "DHCP ACK Error" and then resets. Seomtimes this occurs even when attempts are made to manually configure the phone. Not something I've seen before so any help would be appreciated
usually that means an ip address that was received from an dhcp server is already taken by some other device. time to do some troubleshooting on dhcp server.
You should give AvayaIPBootTest a try--it will simulate an IP phone, and you will be able to see what's going on. It helped us to find a typo in option 176...
