MW Lights

I have done everything (I think) that I've read about to get this user's mw lamp (ext 4006) to light. Can anyone help me?

This is a G3iV7 with audix VM

I have:
Shut down the voice mail and restarted it.
Removed the station and re-entered it.
Removed the sub from VM and re-entered it.
Changed ports.
Changed terminals (BIS 34D)
Changed feeder pairs.
Changed X-connect wire
Changed to a different circuit pack.
Used the "clear all amw 4006" command
Used the message-ret and delete buttons(there were not any LWC messages)

I have been able to turn the light on and off manually.
"Stat sta 4006" will show that the light is on. And the light will be illuminated. Then when I manually turn it off it will no longer be lit.

The VM shows that it is sending a message to the switch to light the lamp, but the lamp is not lit.

One other wrench in this that the customer's machine has a max of 400 ports and it is at 400. I'm not sure of the PO, but this and one other station are the only ones that are having this problem.

Check the 1st page of the station form to see if you have the right station number for the message lamp ext. field then check the 2nd page of the station form to make sure you have audix for LWC Reception and LWC Activation set to y.

if not - is the extension set up as a station rather than an agent?

check to see if the subscriber has the appropriate switch number. Are these subscribers remote over dcs stations? Is there another station that has a "auto messaging" light for this station?
Instead of removing the subscriber, change it to another extension, and leave it there. Then add in the subscriber again and see if that works.
What kind of audix is it? Intuity, Audix R1, Definity Audix, Smart Connect, IS3, or Audix Voice Power?
Is the station administered as itself, or is it aliased?
