Yes. A M9316 is an analog phone. You can move it to a different port and the feature light is still on.

You need to find the company that makes the TTS-100 simulator. Sorry I don't remember who it is.

Wrong forum but to test 5000 series phones you either need a centrex line from your CO or a simulator.

I would go with a MICS (0x32) with 2 trunk cards. That will give you 8 lines and 32 stations. You can always expand later if you need to. Your other option would be an old 8x24 system with a station mod. That would give you 8 lines and 40 stations.
