Flash 2 to 4 Upgrade

Over last night I attempted an upgrade from Flash 2 to 4 (adding the additional card). From what I have learned, all I needed to do was to power down the voice mail, install the card and bring it bck up. That did not work. After alot of fooling around it appears to be running. My question s are two: 1) is/was that the right procedure to upgrade and what is 2) how can I tell if the upgrade was successful, in other words how can I tell if I have more ports, etc?

If more than 2 people can login to voicemail at the same time your upgrade was successful.

YES THAT IS THE RIGHT WAY TO UPGRADE. THE WAY I TEST IT IS TO HAVE 4 PEOPLE GO IN TO VOICE MAIL AT THE SAME TIME.

As long as you can get to 4 sets before the feature funtion times out you can also just do F985 on 4 sets.
