2616 speakerphone 1

I have several 2616 speakerphones on an Option 61 that have low volume when you place a call. If you hit the mute key, the volume increases, but when you hit it again the volume goes down again. The phones are not located in a noisy area.

You might think it's quiet, but the phone picks up even the slightest background noises, like the HVAC system. We have the same issue in our office.

The 2616 you have are ntzk16 phones. They are the older phones
and the capacitors are leaking. The only way to fix the problem is to get them repaired.
