Have they recorded their Personal Verification within the Greetings Options menu? This is usually the person's name, but you could record "Help Desk" or whatever. I think CallPilot will insert the extension if this is left blank.
These actually mount in the table.
I haven't used any myself so no first hand experience.
But if YOU are cutting the hole in an expensive conference table, make sure you get it right the first time.

I had a similar problem on our Opt11 (CS1000M).

This will give you the TN of the phone that is causing the problem. Replace the set if possible to see if the problem goes away. If the problem persists on hat TN, then the cable for that TN may have a problem (noisy).
We had a similar issue (one way audio with an i2050) but our system is an Opt 11 (CS1000M).
We were running software Rls 1.4 Bld 346.
The issue was on that in the Server tab of the software, there was no option for a CS1000.
