Is anyone currently using AACC 6.1 and can you tell me what version the MLS is (D:\\Nortel\iccm\bin\ right click on mlsm.exe click on properties then the Version tab the select Product Version)? Also, is anyone using AACC 6.1 with Genesys?
In the process up upgrading from 5.0 to CC7.0 and I know to access CC7 from the web it requires ActiveX on the client PCs but does it still need the SOAP as well?

I am using TM 3.2 and have been told that you need to do a Retrieve, Reconcile TN, and Reconcile CPND in order to keep the database in synch with the PBX. Should this be done daily or is less frequently (once a week) fine?

Well I followed thread959 and although it had many helpful tips none worked. I reinstalled the Symposium client and it then was able to connect properly to Crystal Reports. One of the first things Symposium does on install is check to see if Crystal is installed. Thanks for the help.
Can I install Crystal Reports 9 after I already have the SCCS 5.0 client installed on a PC? I can't seem to get the Crystal to connect to the database and was wondering if it needed to be install first.
Thanks to both of you for your help. I needed to give my user id full permission on the shared folder from the server. Even though I was in the Administrators group that didn't work for me, I had to add my actual user name under the Security tab.
Trying to install the TM3 client and receiving an error. The error occurs early in the client installation, during the ODBC driver installation phase. I get an error stating "Not a Valid Password". It is referring to the smp.mdb file on the Server. Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas?

I believe a skillset report gives you stats from when the calls get sent to the skillset and the application report gives you the stats from when the calls hit the master script.
