TM 3.2 PBX Synchronizations

I am using TM 3.2 and have been told that you need to do a Retrieve, Reconcile TN, and Reconcile CPND in order to keep the database in synch with the PBX. Should this be done daily or is less frequently (once a week) fine?

It depends on how often command line changes are made, If never then once a month will be adequate, how ever if command line changes are made on a regular basis, daily Syncs maybe required.
