Thanks all.
I think I will go for the easy option first and replace the power supply, then upgrade and then replace(as a last resort).
Thanks for everyone's help.
Thanks for the reply.
I will upgrade, but will this sort the problem. The systems been on this firmware version for years without any issues, I thought that it was perhaps a hardware failure as this was a new fault.
Cheers

Thats what Im going for. I thought i would programme all there analogue against line appearance - they then press the line button dial the code and off the calls go. I am just unable to test it until i get to site.
I agree.
I have contacted the customer and asked if further training is required - she replied saying possibly as she is sure the user sometimes puts the tannoy call on hold because she can hear the hold music playing through the tannoy speakers!!

The site have been using the BT select service to divert calls to there branch site at required times using code "*21*N#", this is a BT code.

I have a site that are using a tannoy. Unfortunately they seemed to of lost the ability to hang up the calls correctly. I have used the "t(1)" code to terminate the call after 1 minute. The customer has asked if it can be reduced to 15 seconds - is it possible.
Thanks

Hi
IP406 v2 4.2
I have an issue at a site in Tonbridge, Kent, UK, I only mention this because I am wondering if anyone else has any issues with PSTN lines in this area - as I seem to be having unending problems at a couple of sites.
My related issue is people are "supposedly" calling in but...
Thanks Telecomboy.
I've spoke to Valcom this morning who insist it will not work without a Modified V-1094.
So to save time I'm goging to order one of those and use instead.
Thanks for your reply
Hi All

I have set an analogue port as "Paging Speaker" and created dial page shortcode.
I get nothing out of the PA loud speakers, if I plug a POT handset into the analogue...

Let me explain –
They have a Ip406 ver 4.2 using mostly Interquartz Gemini analogue speaker phones. They have a mix of 2 x ISDN 2’s and 3 x PSTN lines. They use the PSTN lines to make their outgoing calls.
They frequently call us...
