Basic edition question

Hi
I have just taken delivery of a Ip500 v2 basic edition, a DS combi card with a 4 port analogue and a DS8 with 4 port analogue card. I was planning to leave it at ver 7. Ive fired it up and none of the trunk cards are being seen, manager says unknown and the combi card doesnt see a handset when I connect one.
Do I have a fault or a licensing issue.

You could be having a SD card with version 7.05 on it.
Upgrade it and see what happens.
Those combocards must have 7.0.12 at least.

& if you are staying on V7 why not switch to standard mode.
your customer will thank you in the long run.

+ when I spoke to scan source about this uissue & V6.1 a few weeks ago they did not know anything about it (yes they will also work on V6.1.22)

I went with the upgrade to 7.0.24(or it could of been 23).And now all is well with the world.
