Tandem" means call into your system and transferred out. It can be over TIE lines or just incoming callers asking for an outside line.

it has been asked of me to find out how many calls the switch is processing at the busiest point of the day. i was asked to include all calls. internal to internal, internal to external, and external to internal.
I received some info stating that if i have an ESLP (Enhanced Software License Protection) agreement that this would be possible. Don't think i have that but is that the case if I did?
