There will be two types of T-1's listed with the TRK on top of the PRI loops
What type of pbx do you have? The reason is that an Opt 11 used TMDI or DTI/PRI cards and each card is only for one loop, in the 61's and 81's they use a dual pri card, each card can be two loops.
Then we can help you to determine what loop number to use
Just a tip, print all the info on a existing T just so you have a reference. Step by step is kind of hard to do because you would have to provide a lot more info. Straight T1 or PRI. Signaling,interface etc,etc...
