Or you could get your vendor to set up a 2nd route with a different access code so when you need to display your number you can. This should not be a problem as I would guess that the vendor barred your number from within the route itself.
Does anybody know if you can configure the S8710 servers to use 2 different IP address so I could connect my servers to 2 different network switches incase 1 fails the other 1 would take over and system continue working?
At the moment im not using all the NIC interfaces on the servers.

DIgnoffo have you tried dialling the touchtones with the mute button on as there are real problems with echoing on the 46xx handsets, I had the same problem with just dialling into Audix but as soon as you mute it th problem is fine.
