That is what I found too lazyluci. I can get the relative path method to work but that doesn't help if the subreport is on another server. Documentation clearly states that you can use a URL but you immediately get the ReportName not valid message.

Ok I found the solution for this. You can type in a fully qualified URL in the NAME field in the properties of the subreport.

Is the SMTP service on the server started? Did you enable SMTP on your Crystal Job Server? If not from the CMC select SERVERS, the select your job server(s), and then DESTINATION ==> CrystalEnterprise.Smtp. This must be enabled for Crystal Enterprise to use the SMTP service on the server.

Just one more comment that if you are dealing with records from more than one calendar year that you would need to update the formula to accomodate this fact. If your data was to span multiple years (3+) my solution would become very cumbersome and would probably not be a viable solution.
