Has anyone setup IPO SE Scheduling for backups?
We have set it up but it does not shows anything appearing in the scheduled backups, even though the backup run randomly, sometime its running daily, some times its giving a gap of 2-3 days.. even though i have setup the backup schedule...
BAS1234, you mean i can use Manager Application on MAC using parallels? are you using it currently? or have you implemented it?
just curious as i have ordered a mac book air and want to see if it works for ipo or no...

yes transfers are being made..i dont know how to share the pdf file here.. if there could be a way to upload my pdf file.. i could have shown the difference im getting in answered calls and customer calls...
do you know the formula for answered calls.. i think that may clear the picture...

Contact Recorder didnt asked for any new password? when i type in Administrator/Administrator or even leave it blank,.,, it gives LOGIN FAILURE.

i would try it tomorrow morning but my requirement is that if a press a programmed button, it can be display msg or any other , it should display/alert the operator that assistance/help is required in meeting room

@tlpeter, i do know that you have a very vast experience in this field, but has this been tested ? trunk between SE with IP500 using h.450 and not working? if its working one way then it should work the other way as well, i dont see a point in not working...im still trying to troubleshoot out...
WE have multiple sites connected via server edition and all ip500v2 are connected via server edition license only.
all our remote sites had panasonic pbx, so we had option to switch them to new ip500v2 within server edition license and that is done and also working fine.
