Check if USB headset is supported on the 1100 series with BCM, check the firmware the handset should have to support handset. It may be supported on a CS1000 system but then the handset would download different firmware to support USB headset this may not be the case for BCM.

This sounds like a third party product which may intergrate via a Alog Extension or Alog trunk to the BCM. Check the spec of the intercom system.

The carrier code is the code to reach the Alternative carrier ie 1601 then the extension number follows then the actual number dialed. Some alternative carriers in the UK can send billing back to the end user with the extensions that made the calls this saves the site from having their own call...

56xx series are IP Terminals not sure why you are connecting these to a DS module, 54XX is what you need. 56XX only on LAN ports!

I have tested this using 2.1.44 with a pots 30 Module to have recall issue, pots 16 and pots on main unit were fine. A maintenance bin file for the pots 30 was used to resolve. Please esculate through your channels to get this fix.
