Reporting For Call Center Password

Does anyone know a proceedure to default the password for Reporting for Call Center login. The Default is user "admin" and password "0000" but this has been changed and nobody knows any alternative password.

Does anyone know how to default the Administrators password
 
Only way I know of is to default the database and allow the BCM and RCC server to re-sync. You may lose data depending on how many calls are in the database.
 
The installation is a few months old so we do not want data lost unless it is a last resort.
 
Get access to the MySQL database on the RCC server, find the users table and delete the string in the password field from the admin user.
To get root access to the MySQL DB search the .BAT files inside the RCC directory. You will find the PW in one of these.

But be careful: You may loose support because this is not officially supported by Nortel.
 
Are you able to be specific with the file name and location, I would want to be 100% with this proceedure.

inside the RCC directory on the server theres a directory called "RunOnce". And inside there are two files called:
AddMySQLUser.bat
and
AddUser.scr

Open AddUser.scr with notepad and you will find the PW.
