In order to packet sniff correctly just grab your laptop and install wireshark. Then have your network guys make you a "Mirror Port" on the switch that mirrors the port you want to capture traffic from and plug your laptop into that port you might also want to ask them for an IP...

Anytime I try to import anything I'll first try to do an export of something that's the same type.. for instance.. if you're trying to import a 3904 try exporting one first and then just change up the fields you want.

Since you state "other sites" do any of these other sites have a sig serv? if so you can just pick one and change the roll to be your Alternate Gatekeeper and then go to all of your other sites and setup that IP in the alternate gatekeeper blanks and set them to be failsafes... we just did this...

Have you pulled the latest firmware for the 1150?
