Well, I have checked and compared both of my systems, and they both have the same info for Call Handler, however my system in Texas still does not work when you get a voicemail box and press zero.
Maybe there is something I need to define in the Call Manager side?
That's a lot. We are new to Cisco, and learning as we go along. This particular system we inherited, and our current vendor will not assist us unless we pay them. So, we are figuring things out on our own. Any suggestions? Where do I setup the dial analyzer?
We had the same issue. Try remote desktop to the Unity Server, and then launch a web browser and see if you can get into it then. That's what we've had to do.
We have mayn CSQ's, and all the scripts have been copied the same, only modifying the CTI Trigger. I have one CSQ, and when you get put on hold, the MOH does not play. It's dead air.
