    Well, I have checked and compared both of my systems, and they both have the same info for Call Handler, however my system in Texas still does not work when you get a voicemail box and press zero. Maybe there is something I need to define in the Call Manager side?

    INTL Calling in our CCM

    That's a lot. We are new to Cisco, and learning as we go along. This particular system we inherited, and our current vendor will not assist us unless we pay them. So, we are figuring things out on our own. Any suggestions? Where do I setup the dial analyzer?

    No access to Unity

    We had the same issue. Try remote desktop to the Unity Server, and then launch a web browser and see if you can get into it then. That's what we've had to do.

    We have mayn CSQ's, and all the scripts have been copied the same, only modifying the CTI Trigger. I have one CSQ, and when you get put on hold, the MOH does not play. It's dead air. I've looked at the Application Management, Script Management, Prompt Management, and CTI Route Point in CCM...

    Hello, Does anyone have suggestions on how to fix this....We have a CCM v6, and Unity v4/5, and if I call the main telephone number, and press zero, I will get the Receptionist. BUT, if I call someones direct extension, get their voicemail, and then press zero, it says extension not available...
