I have to move a telephone system across town. It is a cics w/call pilot 100. Will the memory hold for the 25 mins it takes to take it down and rehang it over at the new location? It has five phones nothing special. I was told that I should not have to do anything but physically move and replug...

trying the reboot! The F985 9 resetsmpwd went thru and selected yes to reset. As soon as I tried to F983 120000 it said EXIT.

When I try to use F985 it shows "vm 36" and I am unable to use resetsmpswd?

I do not know if this an appropriate question for this group or not but, I was wondering if anyone has taken the MICS course from A-1? I will have to start learning the MICS and I notice that they offer it in Florida.

problem lies with that there is currently a mailbox at both ext's so, alt1 will not work. There is someone sitting at 21. So I ak not sure
