Call Pilot 100 Reseting via F985

When I try to use F985 it shows "vm 36" and I am unable to use resetsmpswd?

You must:
1. Press F985
2. Press 9
3. Press resetsmpswd

press "9" after F985

Are you pressing 9 after feature 985? If yes, than maybe try powering down and rebooting.

trying the reboot! The F985 9 resetsmpwd went thru and selected yes to reset. As soon as I tried to F983 120000 it said EXIT.

Did not work! Any ideas!

I suppose you could do a reinstall and reprogram. It's a bit of a pita but it might just do the trick.
