Try something like:-
Put a formula in the cell that sets the blank to zero - =IF(A1,"",0)
Then set the cell format
#,##0.00;[RED]-#,##0.00;-
The first component is for positive numbers, the second for negatives, and the third is the case for zero.

I have Exchange 5.5 running on a Windows NT 4 Terminal Server Box. I am trying to export all mailboxes to PST files.
I have downloaded exmerge into the exchsrvr\bin folder, and have added mapi32.dll and mfc32.dll (ver 6.nn). When I try to run Exmerge, I get an error message:-

Open up Exchange administraor, go down the tree to configuration/connections. Open up your Intenet mail service, and you will find 'Message filtering' on the connections tab. Then stop/start the service.

Select the column. From the file menu 'format -> Column -> hide'. To unhide again, select the column on either side of the hiden one, and 'format -> Column -> unhide'
