Blocking a specific SMTP address at exchange level

Sorry if this one has already been asked but I had a quick skim through and couldn't see anything.

Is it possible to block at exchange level emails from a specified address ? Without the need to install 3rd party software..

Open up Exchange administraor, go down the tree to configuration/connections. Open up your Intenet mail service, and you will find 'Message filtering' on the connections tab. Then stop/start the service.
