ok..we only need to hold it up for a few minutes until the building generator kicks in. there are currently 8 batteries on it now that are bad. We will be replacing them, just dont know if I need more than 8 or not.
according to this forum entry you can restrict it in the trunk group but my 911 calls are still going through...i cant find anything on the shoretel site to confirm this...I appreciate the response.
Can 911 be disabled on a per user basis?
Issue: Can 911 be restricted from certain...
I have installed a shoretel system and the customer wants to restrict 911 calls from certain common area phones. Is this possible?
I have created a new user group and new COS where I put 911 and 9911 in the restrictions of the COS. Assigned that user group to a phone and 911 still goes through...
I have a 3.0 opt 11c with a 2250 console on it. the customer is requesting to setup the 2250 to give them a held reminder buzz/tone after 30 secs of a call being placed on hold at the 2250. I have looked in the options menu on the 2250 but cant find anything...any help would be greatly appreciated.
gberger, I looked at the link...so these are patches I can put on the 3.0 box that will make the factory default 3.0 rather than the 1.0 that it was originally?
I have a BCM50 3.0 that I had to do a level 2 reset. Problem is, it restored back to the 1.0 rls that it was on from the factory. Is there a way to lock in the 3.0 so if I have to do another level 2 reset, I will not have to upgrade it back to 3.0 from 1.0?
I am getting an error on my BCM50 that says "memory near or in capacity" it is error 11202. Of coarse the books don't tell me crap. It says its a major alarm. Has anyone ran into this one. Thanks for your help!!
i am not sure about the exact amount of programmable keys but i know the 1230's definately have several more.
yes you can program a CO line onto the ip phone and put callers on hold and pick them up from the ip phones. what kind of data connection do you have between the buildings. i am assuming...
yes, you will need to add an expansion to the BCM50. the main unit only holds 4 analog trunks. you will need the expansion keycode. the 1230's will work if its the 3.0 bcm50. also the 1140e phones are not a bad option.
the call pilot is running like normal. it just will not open the web browser.
i did try to reboot.
this is happening on two customers. we did load patches on these boxes a while before this was noticed. i looked at the patches but didnt see anything that would trigger this.
when i try to open callpilot manager by clicking on the "launch callpilot manger" button, the button pushes down and thats it. nothing will open. i tried rebooting the bcm but it didnt help. any thoughts?
