BCM50 error 1

I am getting an error on my BCM50 that says "memory near or in capacity" it is error 11202. Of coarse the books don't tell me crap. It says its a major alarm. Has anyone ran into this one. Thanks for your help!!

If this is a Release 2.0, install latest system update patch. It covers issues relating to error 11202

NCSS, NCDS, NCTS

its actually a 3.0 box. Do you know if there are any patches for 3.0 that will fix this. thnx
