BCM 4.0 callpilot manager

when i try to open callpilot manager by clicking on the "launch callpilot manger" button, the button pushes down and thats it. nothing will open. i tried rebooting the bcm but it didnt help. any thoughts?
 
Look under Services and see if Call Pilot is running.

Did you try rebooting the PC you are using to interface? All that button does is launch your web browser to the call pilot page.

the call pilot is running like normal. it just will not open the web browser.
i did try to reboot.
this is happening on two customers. we did load patches on these boxes a while before this was noticed. i looked at the patches but didnt see anything that would trigger this.
 
Do you have the same issue when you use your laptop directly connected to the bcm?
 
I would try to load a new updated version of Element Manager off that system and see if that works. When loading EM just select update existing.
 
You may what to check your java and make sure its 1.5 or lower.
