You are facing this problem within single cabinet or when you transfer the call to second cabinet. Do check out your VGWs status while facing this problem.
Just hit the spot. In CLS of Trunk TN, it was DTN (Digitone). I just changed it to DIP and things started working. I don't know why nobody though about that.
Problem resolved. Thanks for your kind anticipation.
I have split 30 channels into 20 + 10. 20 are in one route and 10 are on other. This issue is happening on 10 separate channel. If IFC was the issue, other 20 channels must exhibit the same problem, what you say?
Doc,
I have not a single post with 40 replies, trust me. I have tried Nortel documents, tried to read the old captures, tried reversing polarity, card slot, TN. I still doubt on my configuration and that is why I am asking you guys. There are some issues and thats why I can't call Vendor right...
ISMs for Mobilx separately? or we can use ISMs for IP Phones or Digital Phones for the purpose. Secondly, can you please point the details out for Rls 5.5j NTP?

I once installed a BCM 400 with a softphone having Keep Alive option. What it used to do is that it just kept my Softphone working even if my notebook was powered off. I used to transfer all my calls from that virtually alive softphone to my cell phone.
Just want to confirm if this option is...
I guess at the moment I have configured Pilot DN setting. I have DNs 17, 137 and 147. Setting is:
17: Hunt 137
137: Hunt 147
147: Hunt 17
This works fine if 1st is busy, second rings, second busy third rings so on.
What I want is that when user dials 17, first set (17) should be rung. Second...
I was asked by a client about this. Since I am relatively new in Nortel, I was unable to answer precisely. Is it possible to create a Hunt group with Cyclic call (like calls in sequence 1-2-3-4-1-2-3-4.... on 4 DNs)?
How to achieve it in simplest way, not involving any ACD thing?
lOl @ Telnet as a best GUI. CLI is themost flexible way of gripping ANY system. I used to program Alcatel OXE in GUI mode and trust me, it was enough to make me out of mind.
