    Tandem network between 2 Mitel 5000 systems

    If I remember rightly (and understand correctly!), you'll need to use ARS on Node B - and then in the Facility Group for Node B - add the trunk group as the Remote Node - Node A. I don't think I needed to do anything on Node A to make it work (like making sure the 9 stays).

    If I remember rightly, this is done by the FAC 8860 if you're using a dial 9 database. I don't think you can auto-switch the lines over. Not that I can think of anyway.

Setup a forwarding path from the reception phone to a hunt group with the reception phone in and the other extensions, and then as the second forwarding point set the next one to VM? No idea if it'll work exactly how you want and not in the office to play...

    I've done some testing with this - it's the Enable Mitel Propriety SDP Option. Odd, but turning it off does work!
