Mitel 5000 CRA transfer anouncment 2

Just finishing my first 5000 install with an enormous CRA setup but one thing is puzzling me...

When i transfer to and internal extension from the CRA, the Mitel announces to the caller the extension number being transferred to how do i turn this off ?

This is when the extension number you are transferring to, has a mailbox, even if it's not transferring to the mailbox itself. If you go into the mailbox for that number , there is an option for "Auto Attendant Transfer Prompt". Set that to no, and it should stop.

Voice Processor / Application Related Information / Auto Attendant Information, turn the Auto Attendant Transfer Prompt off in here.
