I guess you cannot get realtime from call manager cause the event is triggered on the CDR table after the phone call ends ...

simply any external call comes 1st to the CCM before reaching the phone itself so the routing (frwd) will be in the direction of the other phone inspit of the status of the phone itself cause directory number is at a layer lower than the phone one ...
