I have IPO with approx. 78 users every once in a while all the phones reboot some times the phones are up but i have a screen that just isnt right and when i check SSA the phone comes up as a 4600 and none of the buttons work on the phone

it happened a few times to me what i did was i shut down the card with system status and started back up sometimes you have to do it a few times

Hi westi thanks for the reply basically its an office that has tenants that are all lawyers and depending on the d.i.d. Dialed she answers with a different greeting because of the multiple law firms what would u think is the best solution

you can create a second auto attendant with off time profile and set maximum inactiviy to 1 sec and add an extension from that hunt group in fallback extension in the incoming call route
