Mind you that this is about R9.1, On R7.0 it might be a bit different.
Try to add an alarm which fires a call flow with a mail action.
That way you can compare the time the mail is sent with the time the alarm was scheduled.

I ended up by recreating the configuration and defaulting the IP Office.
Now all Communicators register fine.
I guess something got corrupted during the upgrade.

It is an Avaya Communicator softphone, though, so the IP Office should automagically create the extension when logging in.

All users have valid Power User licenses and are Communicator enabled.

AFAIK Chronicall doesn't work well with softphones. I thougt a handset was a requirement, but can't find it on their support site.

On a R8.1 SP11 every huntgroup call shows up twice in one-X Portal, once with the CLI of the caller and once with the name of the group as CLI.
On System / Telephony / Call Log / Log Missed Huntgroup Calls is active.
The huntgroup has 2 members and has ringmode "Collective Call Waiting"...
I recently upgraded my IP Office Manager to version 9.1 and since certain fields are gone.
For example the fields to configure the RTP Port Number Range are gone, see screenshot.
