We always used two SD cards for transfering licenses. The one that was transferred from we cut in half and sent picture of it to distributor. worked well until now...

Our distributor informed us that Avaya made changes on ADI licensing few months ago.
If we move license(s) from Feature Key A to Feature Key B, only moved licenses (from A) are now on Feature Key B - all previous licenses on Feature Key B are deleted from Avaya database.

I've done some testing with VM Outcalling feature and it works - voicemail message is distributed to users (tried with 2) in huntgroups and calls them on mobile phone. If users doesn't answer a call, VM PRO retries after a while. So far it looks good.

I agree, it's not such a good idea, but customer heard that from somebody and they were fascinated. Well most of users would get a call, but some not, customers is aware of that.

You should contact Distributor or Avaya and ask them for Private Build which resolves problem "No response to a SIP "UPDATE" packet".
