G450 Gateway Firmware Update - FTP Failure

I am attempting to update the firmware on several G450 gateways using FTP, using one particular s8300 LSP as the staging point for this activity.

I have the firmware file sitting in the tftpboot directory of the LSP.

When I attempt to FTP the file, I immediately obtain the Failure Display: FTP – General Failure message when I display the download software status

The command used to initiate the FTP is:
copy ftp SW_imageB g450_sw_30_22_0.bin X.X.X.X (where x.x.x.x is the IP address of the LSP)

Does anyone know if I am doing something incorrect or has someone seen this issue before?

X.X.X.X should be IP for G450, not LSP processor

Okay, but when I am using one LSP to host the Firmware for mutilple G450 updates, where then would I specify where to get the file? How does the gateway know where to obtain the file from?

Sorry my mistake. X.X.X.X is IP of TFTP server from where you download files. You could use TFTP server on you PC/notebook.
