    HI All, Im trying to get auto answer to work on a 4.0.1 system. ON the station form I have set auto answer to ACD and on the agent login for I have set it ACD. The phone rings and then just keeps flashing on the A key. Any ideas? What am i missing here. Thx in advance.

    Have you tried sniffing the network to find out what is happenning. You may have a misconfigured data network or dhcp server.

    As far as the definity goes you wont know what DS1C the traffic is on. The EI card just thinks that there is an 8 meg link there ( fiber or T1) it doesnt know. There are no commands on the definity to check this either.
