Hi All,

We are currently having an issue with our AES and the amount of traffic is is sending/receiving.

We have noticed over the past couple of days, the amount of messages sent and received has almost tripled in size. This is for a DLG link that runs a softphone application that is for a Genesys T-Server connected CTI solution. The only thing that has been changed is that we have added an extra call appearance on the phone extensions and we do not see how this can be causing an issue.

Is there anyway that we can see what is actually being sent out and received so that we can start to track what the issue may be?

Regards..

Hi,

One both Genesys TServer and AES server there are logs, which will let you see what is being sent between. The other thing to do is to put a sniffer such as ethereal and see in real time what is happenning.
