The options I see are to disable the user, which does work, however with doing this we are unable to access the mailbox by calling voicemail. Did I miss anything?

Thanks guys. Yep it is voicemail pro. Yeah changing the name won't work, because I believe that also deletes the user folder that has the old voicemails in it.

Thanks, They are digital. There is only the one pair being cross connected and plugged into the module port. So I think that answers my question. For digital phones the one pair gets it power from the module card and carries it out via pins 4/5. Thanks all.

There is no power brick and there is no switch so there is now POE. We are using IP office but not as voip, so i believe it is digital. I thought it was the module card on the module of the IP Office system doing it.

I was able to get the Legacy Reports, however the total time in Voicemail which Conference selected doesn't seem to do the trick.

Ha thanks, yes I did see that it doesn't really tell you anything. I think this is when you conf someone in, ex. Guy A calls in, Guy B picks up. and then Guy B calls Guy C and presses Conf on his phone so the 3 of them are on the call. I don't think it is for the conference bridge/meet me option.
